Samantha & Mike’s The Foxglove Marietta Wedding was absolutely epic! Their day started with the ladies getting ready at The Stanley House Inn just off Marietta Square! This beautiful place was the perfect backdrop for some gorgeous photos! Something that Sam & Mike did was instead of giving each other big gifts for their wedding day, each gifted the other a signature scent to wear! That way, whenever the wear them, they’ll be reminded of their wedding day.
A detail that was really important to Sam was having a flower petal exit when leaving the church! I loved that she did it with just the wedding party because it felt more intimate. These photos are some of my favorites from their day!
After leaving the church, we headed to Marietta Square! We showed up at exactly the right time because the sun was absolutely glowing! All of the photos below are sun-soaked and warm.
Sam’s all-white bridal bouquet was the epitome of classic. The orchids and roses were so sophisticated.
Bloomin’ Bouquets was the mastermind behind this gorgeous hanging flower installation. The Foxglove venue has an industrial look, so I felt like the hanging greenery really helped soften the space! The result was this sophisticated and whimsical room.
The other ‘non-traditional’ wedding practice that Sam wanted to incorporate was a private dance with her grandfather. There wasn’t a single dry eye in the entire room…including mine! They danced to ‘Georgia on My Mind’.
Waffle House was in charge of the late-night snack situation! I don’t know about you, but I had never seen this before! The Waffle House food truck rolled up and you could order a waffle or their amazing hash browns!
The After Party Experience was the band that Sam & Mike hired for their reception. THEY BROUGHT THE HOUSE DOWN!!
